CONCLUSION
Situations are unforeseen and never in our control but, one can surely control their outlook to the situation or problem. Stress is not age, gender or region specific; it does not differentiate between individual situations. It can be felt by anyone at any point of time. Students being one of the victims to the changing conditions, due to pandemic, have been undergoing mental and emotional imbalance. The webinar addressed the questions and problems like increasing lack of self-confidence, as children are not being exposed to different activities; decline in concentration, as the recreational activities are no more available; experiencing anxiety and depression due to stress of COVID-19.
